Made from a piece of salvaged White Oak from a Hudson River shipwreck nearly a century ago, this sushi board is truly one of a kind. A patterned and hand engraved brass hammerhead shark steals the show as it swims along this board chasing brass engraved fish scales. Both the shark and the fish scale design come from Ventana Surfboards (https://ventanasurfboards.com/) which were then reimagined into this project. Matching brass butterfly keys complete the look. Included with this board are matching white oak charred chopsticks and a charred hand carved sushi dish, sporting hand faceting throughout the bowl. Finished in food safe oil and shellac.
