A specialty Tea Box specifically designed by Alberto Schileo for storing and brewing Pu-Erh Tea. The masterful design combines a minimal exterior with an interior that is meant to surprise and please. The many interior trays are each inlaid with traditional Japanese patters in metallic copper. The lid itself is a tea-cake disassembly tray with spout for directing tea leaves into your teapot, while the top tray is designed to hold brewing accessories. The trays below that are for tea cake storage, again each featuring a unique Japanese pattern. Solid copper splines spanning the corners make for easy lifting of the trays in and out of the tea cube. The entire piece is constructed from the most stunning solid curly ambrosia maple and finished in classic shellac.
